Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily tenant management operations and administrative tasks
- Support tenant onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate with tenants on lease renewals and rental reviews
- Help organize tenant events and promotional activities
- Monitor tenant sales performance and compile reports
- Maintain accurate tenant records and documentation
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth mall operations
- Conduct market research on retail trends and competitor analysis
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Retail Management or related field
- Strong academic performance with minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior internship or work experience in retail, real estate or customer service is advantageous
- Available for full-time internship from May to August 2026
- Singapore citizens, permanent residents or valid student pass holders only
