About the role

This internship role focuses on supporting the talent acquisition lifecycle and employee experience initiatives. The intern will assist with recruitment coordination, candidate sourcing, and various HR projects within an industrial technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment cycle including job posting and screening
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees
  • Maintain and update candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System
  • Help organize HR events and employer branding initiatives
  • Assist with HR-related administrative tasks and document management
  • Support talent sourcing strategies using various platforms
  • Participate in HR process improvement projects

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in HR, Business, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proactive and eager to learn HR best practices
  • Capability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
