Summer 2026 internship focused on sustainability and stakeholder engagement within a semiconductor company. The role involves supporting ESG reporting, conducting materiality assessments, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders on sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of sustainability initiatives and programs
- Assist in stakeholder engagement activities including surveys, interviews, and workshops
- Contribute to sustainability reporting and disclosure preparation (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Conduct research and analysis on ESG trends, benchmarks, and best practices
- Help organize sustainability events and communications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into business processes
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Support data collection and analysis for sustainability metrics and KPIs
- Participate in materiality assessments and stakeholder mapping exercises
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong interest in corporate sustainability and ESG topics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Python, or R) preferred
- Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) is a plus
- Previous coursework or projects related to sustainability or ESG is advantageous
- Must be available for full-time internship during Summer 2026
