Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by selling solutioning products to partners and retailers Pipeline development through a combination of cold-calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence Seek out and develop long-term relationships with potential, new and existing strategic partners and retailers Structure and negotiate commercial deals that contribute to positive and sustainable business outcomes for Digital Platforms Drive key business development initiatives from creation of new revenue streams to implementation of new solutions Manage multiple project timelines to implement campaigns for partners and retailers Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including product, tech, analytics, legal, marketing, operations and finance to launch partner and retailer campaigns Provide end-to-end partner and retailer support by being the main point of contact and proactively resolving any business or technical issues Track, analyse and communicate key quantitative trends related to the business Initiate reviews with partners and retailers, and strategise on how to further optimize results and outcomes
Requirements
- Years of relevant experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Strategic Partnerships.
- Proven ability to build strong business relationships and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong understanding of market trends within retail or media/merchant solutions is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
