Oversee daily warehouse and inventory operations for an electronics manufacturing facility, ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient material flow, and on-time delivery to production lines while leading a team and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping
- Ensure accurate inventory levels through cycle counts, audits, and ERP system updates
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal production teams
- Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates, setting performance goals and conducting regular reviews
- Optimize storage layouts and material flow to reduce handling time and increase throughput
- Generate daily/weekly KPI reports on inventory accuracy, fill rates, and on-time delivery
- Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Collaborate with procurement and production planning to align material availability with production schedules
- Maintain compliance with ISO, EHS, and company safety standards
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in warehouse or inventory management within electronics or industrial manufacturing
- Proven leadership experience managing teams of 10+ warehouse or logistics personnel
- Hands-on proficiency with ERP and MES systems for inventory transactions and reporting
- Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma tools (Green Belt preferred)
- Experience with international shipping, customs documentation, and freight forwarding processes
- Excellent analytical skills with advanced Excel and data visualization capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to optimize warehouse layouts and implement 5S practices
- Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with regional suppliers
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 20% to support supplier audits and cross-site projects
- Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent are highly desirable
