We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to play a critical role in our digital transformation journey with regional responsibilities, analyzing business processes and implementing digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders across various departments across the region to gather and document detailed business requirements for digital transformation initiatives.
- Process Analysis: Analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement through digitalization.
- Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with IT and operations teams to design and implement digital solutions that address business and operation's needs, leveraging technologies such as automation, AI, and data analytics.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data to provide insights on operational performance, identify trends, and recommend data-driven improvements to support digital transformation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business units, IT, Operations, and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the transformation process.
- Change Management: Support the adoption of new digital tools and processes by helping to develop training materials and conducting workshops for end-users.
