Key Responsibilities
- Define prioritized book of work based on business technology roadmap.
- Overall responsible for delivery of business and technology capabilities aligned with strategies and roadmap.
- Manage project activities across departments: establish roadmaps, plans, resources, budget, schedule.
- Ensure work deliverables comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular updates to project sponsor and steering committee.
- Work with Architecture and Engineering to define architecture and design patterns for reusability, scalability, maintainability.
Requirements
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Adaptable, strong team player, self-driven, results-oriented with analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurship.
- Able to think out of the box.
- Relevant experience of more than 12 years as a Product Owner/Project Manager in large-scale BPM programs.
- Thought leadership in conceptualizing ideas and translating them into outcomes.
