The Wealth Sales Manager leads a team of Wealth Portfolio Specialists in a teleconsulting environment, driving sales and customer engagement while developing team capabilities. The role involves both individual and team performance targets, with a focus on customer outcomes and risk management.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Wealth Portfolio Specialists to drive strong tele consulting effectiveness, productivity and achievement of financial KPIs
- Deliver against individual sales and activity scorecards, while holding overall accountability for team scorecards and collective performance outcomes
- Role model effective sales conversations, objection handling and customer engagement behaviours to raise overall team capability and confidence
- Balance hands on sales contribution with people leadership responsibilities, ensuring sustainable performance and strong customer outcomes
- Manage risk effectively by ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies and governance standards across all tele consulting activities
- Work closely with the Wealth Portfolio Specialist, and internal stakeholders to execute business plans and improve sales and conversion outcomes
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in banking, insurance sales or financial services
- Strong track record in leading teams and driving business performance
- Good understanding of banking and wealth products
- Clear, confident communicator with the ability to build trust and influence others
- A resilient and collaborative leader who is focused on customer experience and people development
