This role involves leading and managing operational projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity. The Operations Project Manager coordinates cross-functional teams to drive NPI, capacity expansion, and continuous improvement initiatives within a high-tech production environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage operational projects to improve efficiency and productivity across the manufacturing site
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Production, Engineering, and Quality to ensure project milestones are met
- Monitor project budget and resource allocation to ensure financial targets are achieved
- Perform detailed data analysis and reporting on operational KPIs to support management decision-making
- Implement Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous process improvement initiatives
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and strategic capacity expansion projects
- Manage external vendors and contractors for project-specific deliverables and equipment installations
- Drive risk assessment and mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management within a manufacturing or semiconductor environment
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, specifically SAP, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Proven track record of successfully managing multi-disciplinary and complex operational projects
- Certification in PMP or PRINCE2 project management methodologies is highly preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is an advantage
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders at various levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on operational excellence
