Key Responsibilities
- Work with 1st Line of Defence functions to ensure divisions operate in a controlled manner
- Profile key risks of the division for senior management
- Conduct root cause analysis of significant events
- Identify, assess, and test key risks and controls including new product and third party risks
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and policy requirements
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in a risk and control, audit, or compliance role
- End-to-end experience in private banking, retail and/or wholesale banking products and processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical, inquisitive, tenacious
- Results-driven, problem solver with strong quantitative skills
- Comfortable communicating with senior management
