Key Responsibilities

  • Work with 1st Line of Defence functions to ensure divisions operate in a controlled manner
  • Profile key risks of the division for senior management
  • Conduct root cause analysis of significant events
  • Identify, assess, and test key risks and controls including new product and third party risks
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and policy requirements

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in a risk and control, audit, or compliance role
  • End-to-end experience in private banking, retail and/or wholesale banking products and processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Analytical, inquisitive, tenacious
  • Results-driven, problem solver with strong quantitative skills
  • Comfortable communicating with senior management
