About the role
This internship is situated within the Global Consumer Financial Services (GCFS) Digital Business & Transformation team, focusing on digital product delivery and strategic enhancements. The intern will support project lifecycles, conduct market research, and assist in monitoring digital performance metrics to drive business transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the team in digital project management and the product development lifecycle
- Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis for digital banking trends
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new digital features and services
- Help monitor and analyze digital performance metrics and customer behavior data
- Prepare presentation materials and documentation for digital transformation initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and execution
- Assist in the documentation of business requirements and process flows
- Support administrative tasks related to digital business operations
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- Available for a full-time internship from August to December 2026
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Keen interest in digital business, financial technology, and consumer banking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and strategic thinking
