Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of service transformation initiatives across consumer banking channels.
- Support data analysis efforts to identify opportunities for service process improvement.
- Help document customer journeys and identify potential pain points in service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and management.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders regarding transformation progress.
- Conduct market research on industry best practices for service excellence.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Available for a full-time internship duration from July to December 2026.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to process complex information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
