Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of service transformation initiatives across consumer banking channels.
  • Support data analysis efforts to identify opportunities for service process improvement.
  • Help document customer journeys and identify potential pain points in service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and management.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders regarding transformation progress.
  • Conduct market research on industry best practices for service excellence.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Available for a full-time internship duration from July to December 2026.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to process complex information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude towards business transformation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
