About the role

This is a 5-month internship within the Global Consumer Financial Services division, focusing on card payments and personal loans partnerships and loyalty programs. The intern will support strategic initiatives, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer engagement and partnership performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of partnership strategies for card payments and personal loans
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new partnership opportunities
  • Analyze customer data to derive insights on loyalty program performance and engagement
  • Assist in preparing business cases and presentations for senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and risk management
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships and loyalty initiatives

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior internship or project experience in financial services, consulting, or marketing is a plus
  • Available for full-time internship from August to December 2026
