Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and competitor research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Support customer segmentation analysis based on behavior, credit profiles, and preferences.
- Assist in analyzing portfolio performance indicators such as delinquency and trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams on campaigns to increase product usage and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
- Interested in consumer banking, unsecured lending, or portfolio analytics.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with an interest in customer and market insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable working with data and presentations.
- Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
