Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects related to consumer credit risk strategy and implementation
  • Oversee credit bureau reporting processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Monitor and report on credit risk metrics and bureau data quality to senior management
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project milestones and deliverables are met
  • Develop and implement process improvements for credit risk reporting and risk management
  • Liaise with external credit bureaus and vendors to maintain service level agreements
  • Ensure all credit reporting activities adhere to internal policies and external regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in consumer credit risk management or credit bureau operations
  • Strong background in project management within a financial services environment
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities
  • In-depth knowledge of credit reporting regulations and industry standards
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on complex credit data
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills for stakeholder management
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software
  • Knowledge of consumer protection laws and fair lending practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
