Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects related to consumer credit risk strategy and implementation
- Oversee credit bureau reporting processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Monitor and report on credit risk metrics and bureau data quality to senior management
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project milestones and deliverables are met
- Develop and implement process improvements for credit risk reporting and risk management
- Liaise with external credit bureaus and vendors to maintain service level agreements
- Ensure all credit reporting activities adhere to internal policies and external regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience in consumer credit risk management or credit bureau operations
- Strong background in project management within a financial services environment
- Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities
- In-depth knowledge of credit reporting regulations and industry standards
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on complex credit data
- Excellent communication and organizational skills for stakeholder management
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software
- Knowledge of consumer protection laws and fair lending practices
