Key Responsibilities
- Project Tracking & Reporting: assist in tracking and reporting the progress of technology projects and programmes
- Project Documentation: support preparation and maintenance of project artefacts such as business cases, project charters, and status updates
- Project Controls: help maintain project plans, risk and issue logs, and change requests
- Data & Insights: contribute to data analysis and visualisation of project performance metrics
- Reviews & Improvement: participate in project reviews and support process improvement initiatives
- Stakeholder Collaboration: work with cross-functional teams within and beyond Group Operations & Technology
Requirements
- Strong interest in technology and project management
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with a structured approach to problem solving
- Comfortable working both independently and in team-based environments
- Able to communicate clearly and work effectively with stakeholders at different levels
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI is an advantage
