Key Responsibilities
- Support ongoing transformation initiatives through project coordination and execution activities
- Assist in using project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence to track tasks, documentation, and progress
- Gain exposure to banking processes and support change management activities within the operating environment
- Provide general project and team support to ensure smooth delivery of transformation initiatives
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree
- Interested in transformation, project management, or operations roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Comfortable working with documentation, timelines, and stakeholders
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and willing to learn
