About the role
VP/ED Senior Relationship Manager covering Infrastructure & Utilities sector at OCBC, responsible for managing a portfolio of large corporate clients, originating financing solutions, and building relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of Infrastructure & Utilities corporate clients, including relationship management, credit reviews, origination, and day-to-day portfolio administration.
- Maintain regular and proactive client engagement to understand evolving business needs and originate new banking opportunities and cross-sell.
- Closely collaborate with internal partners to develop and deliver wholistic solutions for our clients, including deposits, loans, capital market activities, treasury and trade finance.
- Originate and execute a variety of financing structures, including corporate finance, project finance, acquisition finance, ECA financing, trade and supply chain finance, including working with internal and external parties on documentation negotiations, execution and implementation for drawdowns.
- Support strategic initiatives such as market expansion studies, sector analysis, and development of sales strategies aligned with business targets.
- Deliver exceptional client service, responding promptly and effectively to client queries and issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in corporate banking preferably covering energy, utilities, and infrastructure sectors.
- Strong technical skills including financial modeling and analysis.
- Well versed in cross-selling and banking products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to think strategically and work collaboratively across teams.
