Key Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance, clean-up, and standardisation of the Global Wholesale Banking Data Dictionary, including Critical Data Elements (CDEs)
- Assist in improving efficiency by consolidating CDE information across GWB Singapore and overseas branches
- Support the solicitation, tracking, and consolidation of stakeholder feedback on proposed data changes prior to implementation
- Maintain proper documentation, change logs, and records to ensure transparency, traceability, and auditability
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance data governance processes and controls
Requirements
- An Undergraduate or Postgraduate student with an interest in data, governance, operations, or banking
- Analytical and highly attentive to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with structured datasets
- Organised, methodical, and able to manage documentation and follow-ups effectively
- Familiar with SharePoint or similar collaboration tools (an advantage)
- A clear communicator who works well with others
