Key Responsibilities
- Assist with product development and channel-related initiatives across cash and trade management
- Support discovery of user requirements and research industry developments and competitors' capabilities
- Assist in supporting and tracking system enhancement initiatives from requirements through implementation
- Support MIS and reporting requirements to track product or channel performance
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree
- Strong interest in IT, digital products, or technology-enabled solutions
- Exposure to or interest in data analytics and IT-related projects
- Curious about customer behaviour, user experience, or UI/UX design
- Organised, proactive, and willing to learn
- Able to collaborate effectively across teams
