Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in servicing SME customers' requests within middle-office functions
  • Gather and extract information for account reviews and support document collection for remediation activities
  • Support the preparation of regular management reports on team productivity and service metrics
  • Participate in process automation or enhancement initiatives to improve turnaround time and customer experience
  • Provide general support to teams, with on-the-job training in processes and customer communications

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree
  • Interested in customer service, operations, or commercial banking
  • Customer-centric, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable handling information and documentation accurately
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Organised, adaptable, and willing to learn
