Internship in Global Commercial Banking's Emerging Business (EMB) Customer Service Unit from August 2026 to January 2027. Gain hands-on experience in customer service, operations support, and process improvement within a commercial banking environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in servicing SME customers' requests within middle-office functions
- Gather and extract information for account reviews and support document collection for remediation activities
- Support the preparation of regular management reports on team productivity and service metrics
- Participate in process automation or enhancement initiatives to improve turnaround time and customer experience
- Provide general support to teams, with on-the-job training in processes and customer communications
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree
- Interested in customer service, operations, or commercial banking
- Customer-centric, responsible, and able to work independently
- Comfortable handling information and documentation accurately
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Organised, adaptable, and willing to learn
