This internship focuses on Global Commercial Banking within the EMB International Programme Management and Robotics team. The role involves supporting the LUMOS programme through project coordination and the implementation of robotics automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the EMB International Programme Management Office in managing global commercial banking initiatives
- Assist in the deployment and scaling of Robotic Process Automation solutions within the LUMOS programme
- Monitor project timelines and track delivery milestones for automation workstreams
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and technical requirements
- Generate status reports and data visualizations to update senior management on programme progress
- Identify process bottlenecks and suggest robotics-driven improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Assist in the maintenance of project governance documentation and risk management frameworks
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Availability for a full-time internship duration from August to December 2026
- Strong analytical mindset with an interest in financial services and automation technology
- Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for professional presentations
- Basic knowledge of Robotic Process Automation concepts or software development lifecycles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- High degree of organizational skill and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to learn in a global environment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural and diverse team
