Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market landscaping and research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for innovation in priority sectors
- Support the digital product development lifecycle, from research and documentation to testing coordination and go‑to‑market preparation
- Assist in identifying and evaluating strategic opportunities to enhance client engagement and create new revenue streams
- Work with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather inputs, track milestones, and support project delivery
- Help prepare materials for internal meetings, client presentations, and innovation workshops, and support ad‑hoc initiatives
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree
- Interested in digital products, strategy, or innovation within banking
- Strong research and analytical mindset, able to synthesise qualitative and quantitative insights
- Familiar with basic product development concepts, documentation, and user journeys
- Confident communicator with good presentation and documentation skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and collaborating across teams
