About the role
This is a 5-month investment-banking internship within the Mezzanine Capital Unit of a global bank, focused on semiconductor and high-tech clients. The intern will support deal execution, market research, and financial analysis for mezzanine and growth-capital transactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Build detailed financial models including LBO, DCF, comparable company and transaction analyses
- Conduct industry and market research on semiconductor and high-tech sectors
- Prepare client presentations and pitch books for mezzanine and growth capital transactions
- Support deal execution from initial pitch through closing
- Perform valuation analyses and assist in due-diligence processes
- Monitor portfolio companies and prepare internal investment memos
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Prior internship or coursework in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance preferred
- Demonstrated interest in technology and semiconductor industries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
