Assistant Vice President responsible for managing interest rate and liquidity risk within the corporate treasury of a semiconductor organization. This role focuses on optimizing the balance sheet, maintaining regulatory compliance, and preparing strategic financial reports for executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Asset and Liability Management (ALM) framework to ensure balance sheet stability
- Manage interest rate risk and liquidity risk profiles through strategic planning and analysis
- Lead the development of financial models for stress testing and cash flow forecasting
- Present risk assessment findings to the Asset Liability Committee (ALCO) on a regular basis
- Implement hedging strategies using financial derivatives to mitigate market volatility
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with Treasury to optimize capital structure and funding costs
- Conduct periodic reviews of asset valuations and liability obligations
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in ALM, Treasury, or Corporate Finance
- Master's degree or MBA in Finance or related field preferred
- CFA or FRM certification is highly desirable
- Expert-level knowledge of financial modeling and quantitative analysis
- Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) and ERP software like SAP
- Strong understanding of global financial markets and interest rate environments
- Proven track record of managing liquidity risk in a complex organizational structure
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or advanced Excel
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to executive-level stakeholders
- Ability to interpret complex regulatory guidelines and translate them into actionable policies
- Detail-oriented mindset with a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage analytical teams
