The Executive Director – Change Management & Strategy leads the design, governance, and delivery of transformation initiatives for Markets Operations, linking strategic plans to day‑to‑day execution. - Act as the critical bridge between strategy formulation and day‑to‑day operational reality, ensuring initiatives are sequenced, sustainable, and people‑centred
- Partner with senior businesses, wider operations, technology, and other stakeholders to execute change with clarity, discipline, and empathy
