About the role

The Executive Director – Change Management & Strategy leads the design, governance, and delivery of transformation initiatives for Markets Operations, linking strategic plans to day‑to‑day execution. The role partners with senior business leaders, technology teams, and other stakeholders to embed change as an ongoing capability and achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape, govern, and deliver change and strategic transformation initiatives for Markets Operations
  • Act as the critical bridge between strategy formulation and day‑to‑day operational reality, ensuring initiatives are sequenced, sustainable, and people‑centred
  • Partner with senior businesses, wider operations, technology, and other stakeholders to execute change with clarity, discipline, and empathy
  • Embed change as a core organisational capability rather than a one‑off exercise
