Product Manager to lead EasiCredit, flagship personal line-of-credit business. Own end-to-end product mandate, translate strategy into execution, drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end strategy, P&L, and portfolio performance for EasiCredit, driving sustainable growth across acquisition, utilisation, credit quality, and profitability.
  • Develop and evolve the product value proposition by identifying customer segments, emerging needs, and market opportunities, leveraging customer insights, analytics, and competitive understanding.
  • Drive continuous improvement of digital application and servicing journeys to improve conversion, experience, and scalability.
  • Translate customer, transaction, and behavioural data into actionable insights, designing targeted and personalized engagement strategies that are measurable and commercially impactful.
  • Provide strong risk, governance, and regulatory outcomes, working closely with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to ensure sound credit outcomes and audit readiness and timely responses to regulatory change.
  • Collaborate across internal teams (e.g., digital, marketing, analytics, risk and compliance, technology, operations) and external partners (e.g., merchants, service providers) to ensure timely and effective program or project delivery and customer issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
  • 6–8 years of experience in product management within retail banking, consumer lending, cards, or digital financial products.
  • Strong understanding of unsecured lending dynamics (credit, collections, regulations, affordability).
  • Experience in managing digital product journeys and leading cross-functional projects.
  • Solid analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
