About the role
Senior Network Security Engineer at the AVP level responsible for designing, implementing, and securing global network infrastructures. This role focuses on protecting corporate and manufacturing assets through advanced firewall management, Zero Trust implementation, and incident response leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust network security architectures across global manufacturing and corporate sites
- Manage and configure enterprise-grade firewalls including Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, and Fortinet devices
- Lead incident response efforts for network-related security breaches and critical vulnerabilities
- Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity using IDS/IPS and SIEM tools like Splunk
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to integrate security controls into software-defined networks (SDN)
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments of the global network infrastructure
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior security engineers and operational staff
- Optimize VPN and remote access solutions to ensure secure connectivity for global manufacturing operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in network security engineering in a large enterprise environment
- Advanced proficiency with Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewalls and Panorama management tools
- Strong technical understanding of networking protocols including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP
- Hands-on experience with Network Access Control (NAC) solutions such as Aruba ClearPass or Cisco ISE
- Functional familiarity with cloud security environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Professional security certifications including CISSP or CCNP Security are mandatory
- Proven track record of managing complex security transformation projects globally
- In-depth knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture and SASE frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting high-stakes network issues
