Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for AI product development within the Group Data Office
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize high-impact AI and machine learning use cases
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle from initial conceptualization and prototyping to production deployment
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of AI product managers and data specialists
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to integrate AI solutions into existing operational workflows
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the ROI and impact of AI initiatives
  • Govern the ethical implementation and performance monitoring of deployed AI models
  • Communicate complex technical roadmaps and product progress to executive stakeholders
  • Drive a data-driven culture by evangelizing AI capabilities across the organization

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in AI product management, data science, or technical leadership
  • Proven track record of delivering successful AI/ML products at an enterprise scale
  • Strong technical understanding of machine learning frameworks and large-scale data architectures
  • Extensive experience in managing complex, cross-functional technical projects
  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
  • Excellent strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence senior-level stakeholders in a matrixed environment
  • Familiarity with cloud-native AI services and big data ecosystems
  • Strong knowledge of data governance, privacy, and security standards
  • Experience within industrial technology or semiconductor sectors is highly preferred
