About the role

Infrastructure Project Manager (VP) responsible for leading complex IT infrastructure projects from inception to completion within a global banking environment. The role focuses on network and digital workplace infrastructure, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while managing diverse cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate all project phases, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation to achieve project objectives
  • Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and celebrate milestones
  • Ensure compliance with technology standards, regulations, and best practices in all project activities
  • Monitor project deliverables to ensure quality and performance standards are met
  • Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial accountability

Requirements

  • Strong background in project management, engineering, or construction
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Technology Expertise in infrastructure including network and digital workplace
  • Strong understanding of security fundamentals
  • Highly skilled and motivated to lead infrastructure projects from inception to completion
  • Experience in resource allocation and financial accountability for projects
