Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic partnership strategies to expand market reach and drive revenue growth
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns targeting semiconductor ecosystem partners
- Create and manage partner programs including co-marketing initiatives, joint value propositions, and collaborative go-to-market strategies
- Establish and nurture relationships with key semiconductor industry partners including IDMs, foundries, OSATs, and design houses
- Drive ecosystem strategy development by identifying and prioritizing strategic partnership opportunities across the semiconductor value chain
- Design and execute global marketing campaigns that showcase company capabilities and strengthen partner engagement
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop partner-specific value propositions and sales enablement materials
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategy and campaign innovation
- Present strategic partnership plans and campaign results to executive leadership and board members
- Manage partner contracts, negotiations, and ongoing relationship governance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or technical marketing roles within the semiconductor industry
- Proven track record of developing and managing strategic partnerships with semiconductor ecosystem players including IDMs, foundries, and OSATs
- Demonstrated experience in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns targeting technical audiences in the semiconductor industry
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment, and industry dynamics
- Experience working with executive-level stakeholders and presenting to C-suite and board members
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex projects to completion
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally
- Experience with contract negotiation and partner agreement development
- Knowledge of semiconductor industry trends including advanced nodes, heterogeneous integration, and packaging technologies
- Experience with partner program development and management
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
