Responsible for developing ecosystem strategies, managing partner relationships, and executing go-to-market initiatives that drive revenue growth across the semiconductor value chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic partnership strategies to expand market reach and drive revenue growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams in designing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns targeting semiconductor ecosystem partners
  • Create and manage partner programs including co-marketing initiatives, joint value propositions, and collaborative go-to-market strategies
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key semiconductor industry partners including IDMs, foundries, OSATs, and design houses
  • Drive ecosystem strategy development by identifying and prioritizing strategic partnership opportunities across the semiconductor value chain
  • Design and execute global marketing campaigns that showcase company capabilities and strengthen partner engagement
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop partner-specific value propositions and sales enablement materials
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategy and campaign innovation
  • Present strategic partnership plans and campaign results to executive leadership and board members
  • Manage partner contracts, negotiations, and ongoing relationship governance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or technical marketing roles within the semiconductor industry
  • Proven track record of developing and managing strategic partnerships with semiconductor ecosystem players including IDMs, foundries, and OSATs
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns targeting technical audiences in the semiconductor industry
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment, and industry dynamics
  • Experience working with executive-level stakeholders and presenting to C-suite and board members
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex projects to completion
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market analysis and competitive intelligence
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally
  • Experience with contract negotiation and partner agreement development
  • Knowledge of semiconductor industry trends including advanced nodes, heterogeneous integration, and packaging technologies
  • Experience with partner program development and management
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
