About the role

This Assistant Vice President position leads the end-to-end delivery of branch and ATM infrastructure projects and system enhancements. The role requires a senior business analyst to manage the full project lifecycle, from requirement documentation to user acceptance testing and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of branch and ATM projects and system enhancements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Ops, Compliance, Tech, Legal, and Finance to define project scope
  • Analyze and document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
  • Coordinate comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test planning, execution, and defect management
  • Manage project timelines, identify risks, and maintain clear stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support post-implementation reviews and provide guidance on production issues or system bugs
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies for branch and ATM network operations
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align business needs with technical solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in business analysis or project management roles
  • Proven track record of success within the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of branch banking operations and ATM systems/processes
  • Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and provide data-driven insights
  • Experience using project management and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with functional specification documentation and technical system mapping
  • Experience leading UAT cycles and managing defect resolution processes
