Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the creditworthiness of corporate clients and prospects through detailed financial statement analysis and cash flow modeling
- Exercise credit approval authority for large-scale transactions and credit facilities within assigned delegation limits
- Monitor and manage a portfolio of technology-sector accounts to identify early warning signs of credit deterioration
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior management on complex credit structures and high-risk exposures
- Ensure all credit activities adhere to internal risk management policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with sales and relationship management teams to structure credit solutions that support business growth while mitigating risk
- Conduct periodic reviews of existing credit lines and update risk ratings based on current financial performance and market conditions
- Lead industry research and sector analysis to inform credit appetite and policy adjustments for the semiconductor and manufacturing segments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in corporate credit risk management or commercial lending
- Strong expertise in financial statement analysis including GAAP/IFRS standards and cash flow projections
- Proven track record of credit decision-making authority in a corporate or investment banking environment
- Deep understanding of the technology industry including semiconductor and hardware manufacturing market dynamics
- Proficiency in risk management software and financial data platforms such as Bloomberg or Moody's
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex risk assessments to executive leadership
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail
- Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or FRM is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
