About the role
This internship focuses on the technical infrastructure of Global Market Equities, specifically the connectivity between trading platforms and global exchanges. The role involves supporting market gateways, monitoring system performance, and assisting in the troubleshooting of high-frequency trading networks.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance and configuration of market connectivity gateways for global equity exchanges
- Monitor trading system health and network latency to ensure high availability and performance
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and protocol discrepancies between internal platforms and external venues
- Support the implementation and testing of new exchange features and regulatory updates
- Analyze system logs and trade data to identify performance bottlenecks or errors
- Document technical specifications and operational workflows for the market connectivity environment
- Collaborate with global technology teams to support cross-regional trading infrastructure
- Participate in the deployment of software patches and configuration changes during maintenance windows
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Basic proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or C++
- Fundamental understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP and UDP
- Familiarity with Linux or Unix-based operating systems and command-line interfaces
- Interest in financial markets and the equity trading lifecycle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for working in a collaborative global environment
- Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks in a high-pressure trading support context
- Availability for a full-time internship between July and December 2026
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools is a plus
