This internship position supports the Global Markets team in driving digital transformation and data analytics initiatives. The role involves managing digital projects, developing automated dashboards in Tableau or Power BI, and optimizing CRM data to support global sales and marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of digital transformation projects within the Global Markets department to enhance business efficiency
- Develop and maintain automated data dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators
- Assist in data management activities including cleaning, validating, and migrating sales and market intelligence data
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to identify requirements for digital tool enhancements and process improvements
- Perform market research and data analysis to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Support the management and optimization of CRM systems like Salesforce to ensure high data quality
- Document business processes and create training materials or user manuals for newly implemented digital solutions
- Assist in the automation of manual reporting processes using Excel macros or scripting languages
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel functions like Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
- Familiarity with data visualization software such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for collaboration with global teams
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently on assigned projects and as part of a team
- Interest in the semiconductor industry and its digital transformation landscape
- Basic understanding of CRM systems or database management is preferred
- Available for a full-time internship commitment from July to December 2026
