About the role
The Emerging Affluent Relationship Manager services Regional Premier and offshore customers, providing banking solutions and financial advisory while managing relationships and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Service both Regional Premier customers and designated group of offshore customers.
- Encourage upfunding of customers from Digital Offshore channel to fulfil Premier funding criteria.
- Obtain KYC/CDD information of upfunded customers to upgrade to Premier Banking.
- Provide one-stop banking solutions to Regional Premier customers.
- Provide financial advisory, promote and cross-sell a comprehensive range of financial products and services.
- Proactively manage and build long term customer relationship.
Requirements
- A degree or diploma in the relevant field.
- Experience in retail banking sales.
- Results-driven mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- CMFAS certifications in RES5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI is an added advantage.
