About the role

Manager-level role overseeing asset services and corporate action operations for a global electronics manufacturer. Responsible for end-to-end asset lifecycle management, vendor coordination, and compliance with ISO standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global asset services operations including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of capital assets
  • Manage corporate action processing for mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, and dividend distributions
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless asset transitions during corporate events
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships for asset-related services and negotiate service level agreements
  • Implement and monitor KPIs for asset utilization, cost optimization, and service delivery performance
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements for asset management processes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency
  • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports on asset performance and corporate action outcomes to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management, operations, or corporate services
  • Proven experience managing large-scale asset portfolios in a multinational environment
  • Strong understanding of corporate action processing and financial instruments
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) for asset tracking and reporting
  • Demonstrated project management skills with PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
  • Excellent analytical and financial modeling capabilities for asset valuation and ROI analysis
  • Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for site visits and vendor meetings
  • Exceptional communication skills to interface with stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Experience working in electronics manufacturing or technology industry preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills for data analysis
  • Knowledge of ISO 55000 asset management standards and compliance requirements
