About the role
As a Project Manager within the Digital Fulfilment team, you will work closely with Technology and Business stakeholders to drive impactful change across front-to-back processes in both consumer and corporate banking operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor teams to embrace and deliver outcomes aligned with Agile values and principles.
- Identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress.
- Support Product Owners in backlog management to maximise team value delivery.
- Collaborate with fellow Project Managers and stakeholders to enhance and scale project outcomes.
- Foster a safe, trusting, and high-performing team environment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on Project Management experience, preferably within the Financial Institutions sector and in Operations space.
- Bonus: Have at least 3+ years of experience handling Operations digitalization project(s), worth >1mil SGD in the Financial sector
- Deep expertise in project management methodologies and Agile frameworks.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes within Consumer and Corporate Banking channels.
- Proven ability to work effectively as a team player within a broader project management community.
- Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
