About the role

As a Project Manager within the Digital Fulfilment team, you will work closely with Technology and Business stakeholders to drive impactful change across front-to-back processes in both consumer and corporate banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor teams to embrace and deliver outcomes aligned with Agile values and principles.
  • Identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress.
  • Support Product Owners in backlog management to maximise team value delivery.
  • Collaborate with fellow Project Managers and stakeholders to enhance and scale project outcomes.
  • Foster a safe, trusting, and high-performing team environment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on Project Management experience, preferably within the Financial Institutions sector and in Operations space.
  • Bonus: Have at least 3+ years of experience handling Operations digitalization project(s), worth >1mil SGD in the Financial sector
  • Deep expertise in project management methodologies and Agile frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes within Consumer and Corporate Banking channels.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as a team player within a broader project management community.
  • Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
