Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute sourcing activities for assigned categories, including RFPs, vendor evaluations, negotiations, and contract reviews in collaboration with internal stakeholders and Legal.
- Drive strategic sourcing initiatives to deliver cost savings, service improvements, and risk mitigation.
- Ensure full compliance with Group Procurement Policy, Standards, and Procedures, maintaining strong governance and controls.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to manage vendor relationships and ensure contracts are effectively leveraged across the Group.
- Lead contract negotiations and support contract lifecycle management to maximize value and minimize risk.
- Track and report sourcing outcomes, including cost savings and performance metrics, to senior management.
Requirements
- Degree holder with more than 8 years of relevant experience in Sourcing, Vendor Management, or related fields.
- Direct experience in IT Software, IT Hardware and Market Data is highly advantageous.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are a plus.
- Proficient in e-Procurement systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Confident in presenting to senior management and cross-functional teams.
