Key Responsibilities
- Reviews complex issues and resolves with stakeholders and vendors
- Ensures business continuity and disaster recovery
- Provides oversight and ownership of system infrastructure
- Implements Service Improvement plans
- Creates and maintains documentation and standards
- Performs root cause analysis and detailed reporting
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in relevant field
- Proven troubleshooting experience
- Strong understanding of Windows Server Administration & Configuration (2008-2025)
- Hands-on VMware ESXi Configuration
- Experience with VMware virtualization technologies (vSphere, vCenter, VROPS)
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Failover Clustering (Active-Passive and Always On)
