Provide technical support for digital manufacturing platforms (MES, ERP, SCADA, PLC) to global customers, ensuring high uptime and rapid issue resolution through remote diagnostics and on-site visits.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as first-line technical support for digital manufacturing software and automation platforms worldwide
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues via remote access and on-site visits
- Maintain detailed incident logs and produce technical documentation for global users
- Coordinate with engineering teams to implement software patches and system upgrades
- Deliver training sessions and create user guides for plant operators and IT staff
- Monitor system performance metrics and proactively identify potential failures
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation to support critical manufacturing operations
- Collaborate with regional support teams to ensure consistent service levels across sites
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
- 3–7 years of experience supporting MES, ERP, SCADA, or PLC systems in manufacturing environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills for industrial networks, databases, and automation hardware
- Experience with SQL queries and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
- Familiarity with ITIL service management processes and incident tracking tools
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 25% for on-site support
- Multilingual capabilities preferred (English + one additional language)
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or precision manufacturing environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for global customer interaction
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems
