About the role
The Securities Finance Operations Specialist oversees end‑to‑end processing of securities finance transactions such as lending, borrowing, repo and collateral management, ensuring operational efficiency, risk mitigation and regulatory compliance while collaborating with front‑office, risk, legal and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage securities lending, borrowing, repo, and collateral transactions end‑to‑end
- Ensure operational efficiency and timely settlement of securities finance activities
- Monitor and mitigate operational risk associated with securities finance operations
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Collaborate with front‑office, risk, legal, and technology teams to resolve issues
- Produce and reconcile transaction reports and documentation
Requirements
- Experience in Markets Operations or Securities Finance
- Strong understanding of transaction processing and settlement
- Ability to collaborate with front-office, risk, and legal teams
