About the role

This internship position within the Group CFO Office focuses on Corporate Real Estate operations for a major semiconductor firm. The intern will assist the team with global portfolio management, lease administration, and strategic data analysis for corporate facilities and office spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Corporate Real Estate team in managing and optimizing the global property portfolio
  • Assist in lease administration tasks including document review and tracking critical lease dates
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to support real estate strategy and site selection
  • Help analyze internal space utilization data and assist with facility planning projects
  • Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management in the CFO office
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for office maintenance and relocation initiatives
  • Maintain and update real estate asset data in corporate ERP or management systems
  • Support the documentation of operational workflows and corporate services processes

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business, or Finance
  • Available for a full-time internship duration from May to August 2026
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and pivot tables
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional reporting
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when handling legal and financial documents
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn corporate real estate software and systems
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional team
  • Interest in the semiconductor industry and large-scale corporate operations
