Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and success through strategic thinking and planning
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to provide business insights
- Perform data analysis and reporting using MS Excel and Power BI
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced banking environment
- Support the delivery of financial services through innovative solutions
- Prioritize multiple tasks to meet changing business priorities in the Global Market Division
- Analyze financial markets and trends to support divisional strategy
- Enable business partners to achieve aspirations through financial support and services
Requirements
- A degree in a relevant field, such as business or finance
- A degree in accounting or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a business support or strategy role
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strategic thinker with a focus on driving business growth and success
- Professional certification in accounting (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA) is beneficial
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., MS Excel, MS Power-point and Power BI)
- Ability to develop and maintain reporting dashboards
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial markets and trends
