Senior relationship manager responsible for driving revenue growth and managing strategic accounts across ASEAN corporate clients in high-tech manufacturing and industrial sectors. The role focuses on end-to-end client engagement, credit structuring, and cross-selling banking solutions to multinational technology and industrial companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and manage portfolio of ASEAN corporate clients in high-tech manufacturing and industrial sectors
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to deepen client relationships and maximize share of wallet
  • Structure and negotiate complex credit facilities, trade finance, and cash management solutions
  • Lead end-to-end client engagement from initial pitch through to deal closure and ongoing relationship management
  • Collaborate with product partners across transaction banking, treasury, and investment banking to deliver comprehensive solutions
  • Monitor portfolio performance and conduct regular client reviews to identify new business opportunities
  • Represent the bank at industry events and conferences to strengthen market presence and generate leads

Requirements

  • Minimum 8-12 years of corporate banking experience with focus on multinational corporate clients
  • Proven track record in managing large corporate relationships and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis and structuring for corporate lending
  • Experience in cross-border transaction banking and trade finance solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field; MBA or professional qualifications preferred
  • Fluency in English and at least one ASEAN language preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build C-suite relationships
  • Experience working with technology, manufacturing, or industrial sector clients preferred
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills for credit assessment and deal structuring
  • Willingness to travel extensively across ASEAN region as required
