Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of relationship managers and product specialists
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow market share within the healthcare, education, and essential services segments
- Manage and deepen relationships with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders of key clients
- Structure and negotiate complex credit facilities, treasury, and cash management solutions
- Drive cross-selling of the bank's full suite of products including investment banking, transaction banking, and risk management services
- Monitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance with credit policies and risk frameworks
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including credit, legal, compliance, and product teams to deliver seamless client solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise or corporate banking
- Proven track record of managing large client relationships and delivering revenue growth
- Strong understanding of credit structuring, risk assessment, and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated leadership experience with ability to inspire and develop teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with C-level executives
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and support business development
