This senior-level Business Analyst and Product Owner position focuses on driving product development and roadmaps for trade finance platforms. The role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that business strategies are effectively translated into technical solutions within an Agile/SCRUM framework.

Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and drive Product Development in the Trade domain for both business and operations
- Manage the ongoing, long term product roadmap for continuous enhancement of the Trade platform
- Engage business to understand their business strategy and product requirement and propose a build & implementation strategy
- Proposed a design process flow that will drive usage and adoption of the platform
- Capture business requirements accurately, comprehensively and without ambiguity
- Facilitate traceability and harmony with existing system functionality
- Play a consultant role to business in coming with multiple options for solutions and initiatives
- Act as the bridge between Business and Technology team during solution and all phases of SDLC and/or Agile/SCRUM sprints/delivery
Requirements
- Senior Business Analyst or Product Owner level experience
- Knowledge and experience to conceptualize and drive Product Development in the Trade domain
- Experience in engagement with business stakeholders to align technology with business strategy
- Proven ability to propose design process flows for platform adoption
- Expertise in capturing and documenting business requirements for technical teams
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/SCRUM delivery methodologies
- Knowledge of market intelligence within the trade finance industry
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for trade finance business
