Bancassurance Specialist provides advisory services on all Bancassurance products under the Personal Banking segment, conducts training, and achieves revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide advisory services on all Bancassurance products under the Personal Banking segment
- Conduct training and continuing education for Personal Financial Consultants on Bancassurance products
- Take on ad hoc projects to upskill relevant stakeholders
- Conduct trainings and seminars whenever required
- Perform daily joint appointments including pre and post discussion after the appointment
- Achieve revenue targets set out by management
Requirements
- A good degree in Banking and Finance or equivalent
- 3-5 years of prior experience in Insurance Sales-related roles
- Sound analytical mind
- Must have or willing to learn a broad-based insurance-related exposure and background
- Candidate should ideally be mature, confident, and able to play a meaningful role in client meetings
- Coaching, mentoring and team management experience will be an added advantage
