Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive corporate compliance programs and ethical guidelines
  • Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments across business units to identify non-conformity
  • Monitor global regulatory changes specifically regarding export controls, EAR, and ITAR regulations
  • Lead investigations into reported compliance breaches and recommend appropriate corrective actions
  • Provide training and education to employees on compliance protocols and anti-corruption policies
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure robust vendor and third-party due diligence
  • Manage documentation and reporting requirements for external regulatory bodies and government agencies
  • Advise executive leadership on the compliance risks associated with new market entries or business initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in compliance, audit, or legal roles
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations including EAR and ITAR
  • Proven experience working within a manufacturing or high-tech engineering environment
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex regulatory texts
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for reporting to senior management
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and GRC software
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity
  • Professional compliance certification (e.g., CCEP) is preferred
