Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) offshore clients in the North Asia and Japan market
  • Provide comprehensive wealth management advice including investment, insurance, and legacy planning solutions
  • Monitor and analyze client portfolios to ensure alignment with risk profiles and investment objectives
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through proactive client engagement and service excellence
  • Execute client transactions across various asset classes such as equities, bonds, and structured products
  • Ensure all client activities comply with internal risk management policies and international banking regulations
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through networking and client referrals
  • Collaborate with internal product specialists and investment counselors to provide sophisticated financial strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of relationship management experience in priority banking or wealth management
  • Proven track record of managing high-net-worth client portfolios and meeting revenue targets
  • Professional fluency in Japanese (written and spoken) to effectively serve the North Asia/Japan offshore segment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of wealth management products, financial markets, and investment trends
  • Deep knowledge of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for high-stakes client interaction
  • Possession of relevant financial advisory licenses or certifications according to regional requirements
  • Ability to navigate complex cross-border financial regulations and tax implications
  • Strong analytical skills for portfolio review and risk assessment
